What should you pack for hen weekends?
When it comes to packing for a 2-3 day hen party in the UK, it goes without saying that there are definitely some things you won’t want to leave behind.
With that in mind, let’s find out the essentials us girls just can’t leave without!
Clothing
As far as clothing choices go, it’s pretty much dependent on your personal style and what activities you will be getting up to over the weekend.
However, there are a few items we’d recommend taking with you -
- Jacket/coat in case your beer blanket isn’t working well enough!
- Two dresses; a casual one for the daytime and another for going out in the evening
- Pyjamas
- Jumper/cardigan, so you don’t get the hangover chills
- Knickers (plenty of, for every eventuality)
Shoes
- Comfy trainers for days out shopping or enjoying other top hen weekend activities
- Heels for the big night out
- Foldable flats for when your feet start giving up on you!
Cosmetics
- A fully stocked makeup bag with all your favourites and essentials
- Cleanser (or makeup wipes if you end up too drunk for skincare)
- Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
- Deodorant and perfume
- Hairspray
- Tissues
- Hair brush, bobbles and kirby grips
- Tampons/sanitary towels
Technology
- Phone and charger
- Bluetooth speakers (for the throwback tunes!)
- Hairdryer, curlers and straighteners
Miscellaneous
- Photo ID
- Money and debit/credit cards
Accessories
- Handbags; one for the daytime and a clutch bag for the evening
- Any hen party accessories you’ve bought, including sashes, banners, confetti, balloons and party poppers
