About This Space
Looking for the perfect place to celebrate your hen party? The Old School Estate offers a unique blend of character, comfort and fun, with plenty of space for your whole group to relax, celebrate and make unforgettable memories together.
Step inside and discover our recently refurbished, fully equipped kitchen, complete with stylish marble flooring, a large five-burner range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine – ideal for preparing celebratory breakfasts, group meals and late-night snacks.
To the left of the kitchen, you’ll find a generous 4 x 10 metre open-plan lounge and dining area, full of traditional charm and designed with socialising in mind. Gather around the large dining table, sink into one of the three comfy sofas (which also convert into sofa beds), enjoy your favourite tunes on the sound system, or challenge the group to a game of pool. There’s also a flat-screen Sony TV, blackboard and board games to keep everyone entertained.
Whether you’re planning prosecco-fuelled games, a relaxed evening together or a fun-filled weekend with the girls, The School Rooms is the perfect home away from home.
Sleeping Arrangements
With space for up to 20 guests across the main apartment and two separate lodges, there’s plenty of room for your whole hen party to stay together while enjoying a little extra privacy when needed.

Each lodge is a self-contained studio apartment with its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom, offering a little extra space and privacy for members of your group.
Each lodge ( x 2 ) includes:
1 double bed
1 sofa bed
Outdoor Space – Your Own Private Retreat
Make the most of your hen weekend with fantastic outdoor facilities designed for relaxing and spending time together.
At the front of The School Rooms, you’ll find an alfresco dining area – the perfect setting for afternoon tea, a celebratory brunch or a BBQ with the girls. A BBQ and gas can be supplied on request.
The real highlight is the heated swimming pool, hot tub and Mediterranean-style terrace, creating a lovely social space where you can unwind, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. Conveniently situated between The School Rooms and the lodges, these facilities are for your exclusive use.
The swimming pool is open from April to November, while the hot tub is available all year round.
Please note that the outdoor areas close at 9pm. To respect our neighbours, outdoor music is not permitted. Speakers are provided indoors and can be used until midnight, after which we ask that noise is kept to a minimum.
