Tucked away on a quiet residential road, the house is just a 5-minute walk from vibrant, cosmopolitan Charminster, with its great choice of restaurants, bars and cafés. Bournemouth town centre and the beach are around a 20-minute walk away, giving you the best of both worlds — a peaceful place to stay with the action close at hand.
Plenty of space for your group
With two adjoining spacious lounges, there’s plenty of flexibility for a large group. Put your feet up after a busy day, enjoy a film together with Netflix on both TVs, or use one lounge as a quieter space while everyone else gets ready and socialises.
The bright, spacious kitchen/diner is the heart of the house, featuring a large custom-built reclaimed-wood table with seating for all 14 guests. It’s perfect for group breakfasts, dinner, getting ready together, games and crafts — and the chalk wall adds a fun touch for messages, games and hen-weekend memories.
The kitchen also opens onto a small, secure and peaceful courtyard garden, providing a pleasant space to enjoy during the day.

Parties and events are not permitted at the property, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Noise must be kept to a minimum, and no outside areas of the property may be used after 10pm.
