The modern kitchen is fully integrated with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and ample work top space. Fast Wi-Fi is provided plus an HD TV in the sitting room. Set on the edge of our formal courtyard, the property enjoys far reaching views across the parkland.
Guests have exclusive use of a BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, a private hot tub and shared use of 70 acres of parkland with natural ponds/picnic areas
The property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests, as depicted on the floorplan. Some single beds can be zipped to form doubles when requested with a minimum week’s notice. NB restrictive head height to first floor eaves.
A security deposit hold is placed against a pre-authorised card 48 hours prior to arrival, and released 48 hours after departure, subject to inspection. Groups who do not abide by our House Rules and Terms, in particular excessive noise that may disturb other guests or our permanent neighbours, put their deposit at risk.
A private hot tub is available all year with a surcharge, except during adverse weather, during and a few hours after local area power cuts, or between 1:00am – 8:00am. They are set at the manufacturer’s maximum safety operating temperature of 38°C and to ensure that temperature is reached and maintained, please replace the cover after every use. The hot tubs are cleaned and re-stocked with chemicals by trained technicians twice a day during guests’ stay.
