🏡 This property is privately located in over 2 acres of lawns and dates back to the mid 1800s. A Cotswold stone barn conversion with exclusive games barn and a private hot-tub🏡
The property has a vaulted and beamed sitting room with large inglenook fire place and wood burning stove. A dining room seats all guests together and has a drinks fridge with bar. The adjacent kitchen includes an electric range cooker, side by side fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Fast Wi-Fi is provided plus an HD TV in the sitting room and dining room. Laundry facilities are provided in The Games Barn.
Bedroom 1 is wheelchair friendly with increased floor space, wider doors and leads to an ensuite with grab rails and open double shower cubicle. When requested (latest 7 days prior to arrival) we can provide a wheelchair ramp, raised toilet seat and shower stool/seat.
A central courtyard is enclosed with high stone-walling and scattered with outdoor seating. A lovely secluded spot on way to the main entrance. A well appointed rear courtyard is accessed from both the dining room and double electric gates from the lane. Laid to both shingle and patio this private area includes a large picnic table, BBQ and planters plus optional use of a hot tub.

A security deposit hold is placed against a pre-authorised card 48 hours prior to arrival, and released 48 hours after departure, subject to inspection. Groups who do not abide by our House Rules and Terms, in particular excessive noise that may disturb other guests or our permanent neighbours, put their deposit at risk.
A private hot tub is available all year with a surcharge, except during adverse weather, during and a few hours after local area power cuts, or between 1:00am – 8:00am. They are set at the manufacturer’s maximum safety operating temperature of 38°C and to ensure that temperature is reached and maintained, please replace the cover after every use. The hot tubs are cleaned and re-stocked with chemicals by trained technicians twice a day during guests’ stay.
