The Space

Sleeping up to 22 guests across 9 bedrooms, the house offers an impressive 671 sq m (7,224 sq ft) of luxurious living space over three floors—giving your group plenty of room to socialise without ever feeling crowded.

🏠 Ground Floor – The Social Hub

The heart of the house is a spectacular open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area designed for bringing everyone together.

The main kitchen features a large central island, generous worktop space and a walk-in larder fridge, making it ideal for private chefs, cocktail masterclasses, brunches or catering for larger groups. Alongside it is a second fully equipped kitchen, allowing multiple people to prepare food and drinks without getting in each other's way.

When it's time to celebrate, everyone can gather around one impressive dining table seating all 22 guests before moving effortlessly into the spacious lounge, where French doors open directly onto the gardens.

The ground floor also includes:

A private cinema room for movie nights or cosy evenings in.
A quiet reading room, which can also be converted into Bedroom 9 upon request.
Two en-suite ground-floor bedrooms, perfect for guests who prefer step-free access or would like a little extra privacy.

The heated indoor swimming pool is connected directly to the house and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Outside, sun loungers provide the perfect spot to relax between swims or enjoy a glass of fizz with friends.
