Set in 2 acres of private countryside, this spectacular 3,000 sq ft farmhouse is made for hen parties. There’s space for up to 19 guests, a huge hot tub bubbling away when you arrive, and — best of all — not a neighbour in sight to complain about the karaoke.
Want to turn the music up? Go for it.
Want to dance until 3am? That's entirely up to you.
There’s no curfew, so you can celebrate late into the night without worrying about disturbing anyone.
And when you eventually emerge from the house, Stamford is just six miles away, while Rutland Water and its award-winning aqua park are only a 10-minute drive.
Although, with everything here, you might decide there's no reason to leave...
THE SPACE
The real heart of the house is the incredible 40ft open-plan kitchen and dining space, with seating for all 19 guests.
No splitting the group up. No one disappearing into the kitchen while everyone else is having fun. Everyone can cook, eat, drink, chat and celebrate together in one huge, light-filled space.
When the evening starts to wind down, gather around the log burner with a glass of something bubbly and relive the day's best moments.
Then throw open the French doors and let the party spill outside.
OUTDOOR PARTY SPACE
The large patio has night lighting and quality seating for the whole group, creating the perfect setting for drinks, dinner and late-night chats.
