This spacious Victorian holiday home sleeps up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms, making it a great choice for hen parties, celebrations, family getaways and group weekends.
Located just an 8-minute walk from St Anne’s town centre, you’ll have bars, shops, restaurants and the train station close by, while the beautiful beach and pier are around a 15-minute walk away. Blackpool is also within easy reach, with excellent motorway and transport links nearby.
The Space
Set across four floors, this impressive Victorian property combines traditional character with modern facilities and plenty of space for larger groups.
The ground floor is fully accessible, with a ramp to the front door, an accessible wet room and a downstairs bedroom. The wet room includes specialist accessibility equipment, including a shower seat and full-room coverage hoist system. A commode is also available if required.
There are two dining areas, with a large dining table seating 8 guests and a second table in the kitchen seating a further 8, making it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together.
Seven further bedrooms are spread across the upper floors, providing comfortable accommodation for the full group. There is also a bathroom with a large bath and separate rain shower.
Outside, the modern garden provides a great space to relax, with a private hot tub and outdoor bar area. Please note that a BBQ is not provided

The property is located in a residential area with neighbours on both sides, so guests are asked to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10pm. A noise monitoring device is in place at the property.
