The Property
The ground floor features a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space, complete with a range cooker, central island with bar seating and dining space for up to 16 guests. There’s even a baby grand piano, adding a unique touch to this characterful home.
Double doors lead into the main living room, where comfortable seating, a smart TV and original wooden beams create a cosy space to unwind. A second lounge provides additional seating, another smart TV and a sofa bed, giving larger groups extra room to spread out.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two double beds and a spacious utility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, the impressive master suite features a super king-size bed, 75-inch smart TV, double wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a statement bathtub, separate shower and twin sinks.
The remaining bedrooms include a family room with a double and single bed, a double bedroom, and a larger bedroom with two small double beds and bunk beds. These rooms are served by additional bathrooms, including one with a bath and shower.
Location & Outdoor Space
Set in a fantastic location for exploring North Wales, the property is within reach of scenic walking routes, traditional pubs, the stunning coastline, mountains and the historic city of Chester.
Outside, the garden and hot tub provide the perfect place to relax, while the private sweeping driveway offers parking for six or more cars.
**Please note:** Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Outdoor areas can be enjoyed, but please keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. Loud music and excessive noise that disturbs neighbours are not permitted.
CCTV operates in outdoor areas and, where applicable, communal areas for security purposes. Tampering with CCTV equipment is prohibited and may result in guests being asked to leave. All properties are strictly no smoking indoors.
