The house features one bedroom on the ground floor, one bedroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms on the second floor. There is a bathroom on the first floor, complete with a shower and bathtub, as well as an en-suite bathroom (with a shower) attached to one of the second-floor bedrooms. Additionally, there is a WC on the ground floor, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and washing machine, and a spacious lounge on the first floor. The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a small paved patio and lawned garden.
