The space
There are 4 bedrooms (two on the first floor (one with ensuite), two on the second floor along with bathroom (shower & bathtub) , 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area & washing machine, and a large lounge. The lounge has doors to a large paved patio garden.
- The 1st bedroom has a super king sized bed, which can also be separated into two singles. It also has room for 2 more single folding beds.
- The 2nd bedroom has a super king sized bed, which can also be separated into two singles. It has an ensuite.
- The 3rd bedroom has two singles which may be configured as a super king sized bed upon request. It also has room for 1 more single folding bed.
- The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds.
Please note that the property has 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house and an outdoor Ring camera facing the rear entrance for security. The cameras point outside, not inside. There's also a 'Minut' safety device inside the house which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
House Rules:
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- No day time visitors without the prior written agreement of the host.
- No smoking of any kind indoors. In the garden is permitted.
- Be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
- No shoes upstairs
