Prime Location: Just a 2-minute walk to the O2 Apollo and a 20-minute stroll to Manchester Piccadilly Station, you're never far from the action. Enjoy easy access to all the city has to offer, from shopping and dining to cultural landmarks and entertainment.
Comfortable Living Spaces: The heart of our home is the inviting living room, complete with two comfy sofa and small dining table. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Cosy Bedrooms: With 5 bedrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs bedroom boasts an ensuite for added privacy and convenience. Upstairs, you'll find 4 more beautifully appointed bedrooms and the main bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.
Flexible Sleeping Arrangements: Traveling with a large group? No problem! In addition to the 5 bedrooms, we offer two additional folding beds and two sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests.
Patio garden: Step outside to our lovely patio garden, a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It's a little slice of paradise in the heart of the city.
Convenient Parking: Leave your worries behind with our driveway that has space for 2 vehicles, making it easy for you to come and go as you please.

- No day time visitors without the prior written agreement of the host.
- No smoking of any kind indoors. In the garden is permitted.
- Be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
