Brand new house located close to Manchester city centre!
Beds may be separated as singles or combined as king sized! Sleeping up to 10 people, this house is perfect for an party!
There's room for up to two vehicles in our driveway and a third vehicle on the street directly in front of our driveway.
The space
Downstairs there is a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, washing machine & dryer. The dining room has doors to a paved patio garden. There's also a modern living room with Smart TV, and a downstairs WC room.
Our thoughtfully designed space allows you to customize your sleeping arrangements. Beds can be separated into singles or combined into king-sized comfort, accommodating up to 10 guests. Flexibility is the key to your perfect night's sleep.
There are 4 bedrooms (three on the first floor, one on the second floor (with ensuite). There's also a full bathroom (shower & bathtub).
The 1st bedroom (top floor) has a king sized bed, which can be separated into two singles. This one comes with the ensuite and has room for 2 single folding beds.
The 2nd bedroom has two singles beds which may also be configured as one super king sized bed.
The 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed, which can also be separated into two singles.
The 4th bedroom is similar, with a king sized bed that can also be separated into two singles.
Just let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 48 hours before check-in and we'll be happy to accommodate you!
Please note that the property has 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for security. The camera points outside, not inside. There's also a 'Minut' safety device inside the house which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
We have a strict no parties or loud noises policy. Guests violating this will be ask
House Rules:
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- No day time visitors without the prior written agreement of the host.
- No smoking of any kind indoors. In the garden is permitted.
- Be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
- No shoes upstairs
