Prime Location:
Just a 10 minute drive (or Uber) from central Manchester. There's also a bus stop a short walk. There are shops within a few minutes walk
Please note that the property has 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for security. The camera points outside, not inside. We also have two 'Minut' safety devices inside the house which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
House Rules:
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- No day time visitors without the prior written agreement of the host.
- No smoking of any kind indoors. In the garden is permitted.
- Be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
- No shoes upstairs
