Based in M40 (Miles Platting), our home is within walking distance to Manchester city centre and the Northern Quarter, with excellent access to transport links, major business hubs, and work sites around Greater Manchester.
Please note that the property has 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for security. The camera points outside, not inside. We also have two 'Minut' safety devices inside the house which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).

- No day time visitors without the prior written agreement of the host.
- No smoking of any kind indoors. In the garden is permitted.
