A well appointed multi-story penthouse suite only a short distance from York Minster on Gillygate, an exciting and central area with plenty of places to eat and drink.
The property boasts four bedrooms, a modern kitchen and dining area and living room.
It has a fantastic outdoor veranda overlooking the walls of York Minster, A large and modern living room with flat screen TV and two sofa-beds built into the U shaped seating arrangement. There is a large kitchen and dining area with all modern appliances, and seating for everyone who is staying. There is also a main floor toilet and shower.
Beds are mixture of singles, doubles, bunk beds and sofa beds.
This property is in a residential neighbourhood and so guests are asked to ensure their visit and behaviour does not impact on our neighbours. The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
Current Sleeping arrangements *subject to change:
- The first bedroom based on the main floor sleeps four people in single beds.
- The second bedroom based on the second level sleeps five people in single beds.
- The third bedroom on the third floor sleeps four people in built-in large bunk beds.
- The fourth bedroom on the third floor sleeps three people in a single and double arrangement.
Plus 2 x Sofa beds if required.
